This Website and the personal development programming offered herein is owned and operated by Gibbs Psychological Services, PC, a California Professional Corporation (the “Practice.”) The Practice provides mental health treatment and related professional services to Clients.  Accessing this Website does not make you a Client of the Practice and does not create a psychotherapist patient relationship between you and the Practice.  If you wish to inquire about becoming a Client of the Practice, please visit gibbspsych.com

As a service to its Clients and the public, the Practice operates this Website offering personal development programming through the Squarespace platform. Personal development programming includes personal development courses, products, downloads, memberships, subscriptions and related digital materials and resources offered by the Practice to provide education, enrichment and enhance quality of life. (“Content.”) The Website also offers membership plans which allow users to receive discounts and access to member-only Content in the sole discretion of the Practice.  (“Memberships.”)

These Terms and Conditions of Use govern and define how you are allowed to use and access the Website and the Content. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Website and the Content offered herein. Use of this Website and accessing and using the Content is at your own risk. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or you are younger than eighteen  (18) years old, you must not access or use the Website.

This Website offers the Content through Squarespace’s platform infrastructure. Accessing this Website and purchasing the Content does not create a psychotherapist-patient relationship or any other confidential relationship between you and the Practice. The information on this Website is made available for general information and educational purposes only.  Should you and the Practice agree to enter into a psychotherapist-patient relationship, you will be required to sign an Informed Consent for Treatment, and related documents, in order to establish that relationship.
