About
Dr. Kurland obtained her degree from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium. She completed her predoctoral internship at the Loma Linda VA Medical Center, and her postdoctoral fellowship at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System, with a focus on treating complex trauma. Dr. Kurland is certified in perinatal mental health and has additional training in working with reproductive trauma, infertility, and other women’s wellness concerns. In addition to her clinical work in a group private practice, Dr. Kurland serves on the Board of Directors for the California chapter of Postpartum Support International. She is passionate about psychoeducation and training, and, until recently, served as the training director in her clinic, training and supervising postdoctoral fellows.
